    Absolutely awful agent to deal with. Completely dishonest and just plain says anything to get the sale. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend him or the agency.

    I was appointed by a Washington County Judge to represent this person as part of a divorce proceeding to list and sell their property. The judge set the listing price and the property received multiple offers and was sold for $25,000 over listing price shortly after being listed. The customer refused to sign any papers, changed the locks to the house to prevent buyers from touring and vandalized his own property. Despite all the setbacks the client was able to retain all oil and gas rights as a part of the sale and avoid foreclosure.
